A very good year, mostly thanks to the mild temperatures and the relatively dry conditions that prevaild during the ripening period and the harvest.
The wine is produced from free run juice coming from a continuous wine press, while fermentation takes place in a cold storage room. All of the barrels used are new. This is the vintage that received the Grand Gold in the International Competition of Thessaloniki.
